I try to make my own coffee as much as possible. Makes the inside of my truck smell yummy.
I am eating healthier and it tastes good. This was breakfast thursday morning. These were fresh too.
And this was lunch.
In Bismark North Dakota the truck stop had carpet squares for 2 dollars a peice so I indulged.

Brussel sprouts are one thing I can't stand eating. When I was a kid and my mom would make them I'd run to the bathroom and flush them down the toilet.
Sorry, just reading the above comment, this one is for Burch...When my folks fed me brussel sprouts as a child, I hid them under the table on a cross member..It was days later that the stench got me busted!! Now, I love sprouts!!
Oh, yeah Steve...if your trying to lose weight, I got a diet I can share with you, works like a charm!!
